- The OFDT team
The OFDT's missions are carried out by a multi-disciplinary team, made up of specialists and/or researchers (epidemiologists, statisticians, doctors, toxicologists, sociologists, political scientists, economists, etc.) and administrative and technical staff (accountant, computer graphics specialist, webmaster, etc.). This team has been headed by Guillaume Airagnes since 1 September 2023.

The OFDT is structured into two scientific units (DATA and FOCUS), a general secretariat and an accounting agency.
The DATA unit contributes to studies aimed at producing regular monitoring data to describe the phenomenon of drugs and addictive behaviours. In particular, the DATA unit is responsible for surveys on drug use in the general population, health consequences, treatment in the health care system, and issues relating to monitoring and international comparisons. The DATA unit is responsible for annual monitoring of the 5 key indicators of the European Union Drugs Agency, EUDA
The accounting agency, in accordance with the agreement between the authorising officer and the accounting officer relating to financial management and the organisation of the OFDT invoicing service, is responsible for the OFDT’s financial, budgetary, and accounting management.
