An administrative assistant in the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health, Mickaël Da Silva has been seconded to the OFDT since September 2019. 

Reporting directly to the accounting officer, he is responsible for administrative and logistical management on the one hand, and participates in the financial and accounting management of the OFDT on the other.
