Carine Mutatayi

Trained in epidemiology, community health, and environmental engineering with a focus on quality of life, Carine Mutatayi is a research officer within the FOCUS unit. She monitors issues and preventive responses, particularly with regard to validated approaches, and examines young people's exposure to marketing in the fields of alcohol and gambling. She is also interested in policies addressing the needs of women.

She leads or participates in surveys, employing mixed quantitative and qualitative methods, including through international collaborations. She also contributes to the unit's cross-cutting analyses (professional practice reviews, work on specific population groups, etc.).
