Magali Minard

Magali Minard, a public finance inspector, joined OFDT in January 2025.

As the Accounting Officer, Head of Financial Services, she ensures adherence to the agreement between the authorising officer and the accountant, while managing OFDT's financial, budgetary, and accounting operations.

She ensures the accuracy of the OFDT accounts and compliance with accounting and tax regulations, and prepares financial and budgetary documents, fostering transparency and efficiency in OFDT's activities.
