A doctor in sociology, his research focuses on changes in social policies and the voluntary sector. He teaches social sciences at the Paris-Est Créteil and Paris-Nanterre universities. 

He has been working at the OFDT since 2018, and is currently coordinating the Emerging Trends and New Drugs (TREND) scheme. He leads the network of local coordinating partners of the scheme in France and the French overseas territories. 

He supports them in implementing the data collection methodology and supervises their analysis work. Working with the other research officers, he highlights developments in the use and supply of psychoactive substances in France. 

He leads or participates in qualitative surveys in conjunction with the team and scientific partners, and contributes to the unit’s cross-disciplinary analyses (professional practices, specific target groups, SINTES, etc.).
