Directory of data sources, 2025 edition

This new edition has been expanded to include sources relating to gambling, which has been part of the OFDT’s statutory remit since July 2020.

This directory is not exhaustive, but it includes:

• sources produced or co-produced by the OFDT, namely general population surveys and quantitative or qualitative information schemes;
• annual overviews produced by the OFDT, which draw on data from surveys and external sources;
• external sources collected and analysed by the OFDT (not included in the annual overviews).

Each source is described using the same template: description of the coordinating body, main objectives of the source, frequency, number of units or individuals observed, sampling method, coverage bias, type of data collected, publication timeframe and format, access to the most recent results, etc. The fields are described in accordance with a single reading guide.
